New NJ Labor Law Poster Required!

Legislation passed earlier this year (P.L. 2019, c. 375) requires all NJ employers to post a notice about misclassification of employees as independent contractors, and related worker rights. The Department of Labor and Workforce Development has now issued the required posters, which are available in 11″x 17″ and 8 1/2″ x 11″ versions.

Get those posters up now! If you don’t you may be found guilty of a disorderly persons offense and subject to fines between $100 and $1,000.
