The EEOC has just released its promised revised poster, incorporating the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. While there is no official deadline for compliance, remember that the fine for non-compliance is $659 per violation.
No more printed posters from the EEOC! Employers must download and post the .pdf file–available in English and Spanish. Remember to place them where applicants and employees with mobility disabilities can see them. Versions in numerous other languages, as well as in audio and optimized for screen readers are also available.
