Consulting group The Network has put together a new infographic highlighting the true costs of
workplace issues such as retaliaiton, discrimination, and harassment.
Some of the disturbing statistics they report:
- Two-thirds of workers say that they have no idea what their companies’ harassment and discrimination policies are!
- 25% of employees said they’ve experienced unfairness at work that discouraged them from recommending the company to other people
- It costs between 83% and 200% of salary to replace an employee.
